Project Manager for Silverlining Interiors

Complete gut renovation of 9,000 SF apartment, designed by discriminating NYC architect/interior designer.

• Lead construction team through 16 month renovation.
• Coordinated installation of all new mechanical, plumbing, electrical and electronic work.  As well, as new masonry openings, all new baths and custom kitchen.
• Worked with foreign fabricators of custom exterior windows and doors, fine millwork and plaster art panels.
• Kitchen cabinet R&D with Brooklyn based millwork shop to create new prototype of wood, fiberglass, metal and glass.
• Troubleshooting of integrated lighting, music, HVAC system.
