• Oversaw the pre-construction process, including bidding and submittals of new framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, electronics, specialty millwork, stone and tile, floor finishes.
• Monitored construction estimate and schedule for demanding client.
• Worked closely with local artisans in metal, art glass and woodwork.
• Prepared monthly billing requisitions, maintained all project documentation.
