Extensive renovation of 7,000 SF duplex unit at the historic River House.

• Directed refurbishment of original steel windows and doors, terrazzo floor, decorative ceiling moldings and fireplace mantels in public rooms.
• Oversaw the addition of new baths, kitchen and private living quarters.
• Administered trade contracts, including all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, electronics, stone, flooring and millwork.
• Coordinated specialty finishes and owner move in on aggressive 6 month schedule.
