Development Proposal for 100 key boutique hotel across from Brooklyn Academy of Music.

• Lead development team in creation of development proposal and investment prospectus for (4) adjacent and underutilized lots
• Team created architectural vision, use study, operations and capital cost pro formas.
• Negotiated owner buy outs of existing properties, conducted stakeholder interviews, and hotel operator outreach, coordinated zoning analysis with city planner and preliminary building design with architect.
